Returns & Exchanges Policy

We will always aim to provide you with quality products that have been manufactured and packaged with love by our team, which we hope you'll love. However, we know orders could experience delivery damage or you could have a change of heart. 

Should there be any issues with your order, we have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return or exchange the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and the product unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

What's non-returnable/exchangeable: sale items, gift vouchers, or if your order no longer falls within the 7-day return period. 

Shipping costs: A customer wanting to exchange an item is responsible for all shipping costs.
